You get to explore the seafood from Mutsuwan at the Aomori local cooking bar “Dharma”. Also has their local brand of sake. The owner chef cooks with thoughtful feelings. You can enjoy the four seasonal seafood with the delicious local brand sake, in a store where its basic theme is “Japanese style (wa)”.

After 43 years of business, the “Kinkin no sugatayaki” that has not changed which you can have on charcoal fire. It is known as a rare high ranked fish due to its low fishing rate.

The local food that represents Aomori, the boiled Ichigo. Sea urchin and abalone soup. The name comes from the clumps of bright red ovaries of the sea urchin that looks like wild strawberries.
