“Hitomi” is one of the best yakitori place in Kyoto. You will be abl eto eat Tajima chicken baked by charcoal (specifically, Kishu-binnchotann). It is worth eating.

You want to know why Hitomi is very popular? Of course because they serve very good food and the atmosphere of the bar is very nice. But furthermore, it is because they don’t ask for a number when reservation. They want to keep the customer close not asking their private information.

  • Japanese cuisine is simply my favorite.
    Japanese are known for their superb cooking technique,
    and it definitely shows on how their food’s look and taste.
    Haven’t tried this though, but would surely wish to get a bite someday.
