Today is the last day of the Kyoto trip. Since there are only limited time to stay in Kyoto, I will introduce Kyoto’s souvenirs.

Nishiki Market is called Kyoto’s kitchen. Products that can be only bought here are lined up too. For about 400m, there are about 100 shops.

One of the recommended shops in Nishiki market is pickle shop “Dada”. It was established 60 years ago. The vegetables of season and Kyoto vegetables are being pickled.

As you walk toward the north from Nishiki market, there is Hono-ji, which is famous for the place where Nobunaga Oda died. Hono-ji was burned down once, but in 1587, Hideyoshi Toyotomi ordered to rebuild it to the location now.

Going further to the north, there is Ippodo, a Japanese tea store that has the head store in Kyoto. It was established in 1717. Ippodo sell tea from Kyomeicha such as maccha, gyokuro, sencha, and bancha.

Since there was some time left, I went to Heianjin-gu. It was established in 1895 to commemorate the 1100 anniversary of Nara Heijo-kyo Capital. The vermilion color stands out in the white sand.
Oten-mon that imitated the court architecture.
