Yamamoto Menzo is a restaurant that pursues good noodles. They serve very good bowls. It is like sanuki noodle, which has strong texture but soft and slippery at the same time. Since it is a very popular restaurant, you have to go when the store opens if you don’t want to be in line. There is a possibility of being in line for an hour.

There are people making line before the opening hour.

Burdock tempura set meal with extra age-mochi and extra noodles. Unless you can eat as much as a wrestler or athlete, do not order extra noodles because it will be too much. There are man kinds of tempura but chicken breast meat tempura is recommended. (the picture is burdock tempura. )

Even though the surface of the noodle is slippery, once you bite it the hard texture surprises you. However it is not difficult to eat, instead the texture is the best hardness.

Age-mochi (fried mochi). It was good but there is no need to eat it here. Order if you really want to try them.

Burdock tempura. I do not recommend much since they slightly smell dirt. Chicken breast meat tempura is good so order that. The chicken is dipped in a sauce so that once they get fried they are still juicy.

The shiny surface tells you that it is different from other noodles. Since the noodles are long, you can borrow scissors for noodle cutting.
