Kasai Rinkai Park Narcissus FestivalAt Kasai Rinkai park where a nice view of Tokyo bay and Mt. Fuji can be seen from the widely opened park, Narcissus Festival is held from January through February. The park owns one of the largest narcissus garden in Tokyo and from the 50 thousand bulbs, 200 thousand flowers blooms beautifully.
