The “Heiwaken” is a Chinese restaurant located on the side of the Ozan shrine. The pork bones and chicken stock is refreshing with its transparent soup. It is matched with Kanazawa’s Ono soy sauce; it looks very light but has its thickness which makes it unique.

The homemade noodles that the owner spends three hours making are produced from the highest quality flour, and their flexibility goes well with the soup. One will agree that with it, even in Kanazawa, one of the best ramen shops.

The famous dish in Fukui, known as the Echizen grated radish soba, came into Fukui 400 years ago. Chewy soba noodles and radish with bold spice to it are this dishes feature characteristics.

At Oshozu, the soba is made with famous water which is located nearby the store, making this soba unique. Its strong spicy taste along with the spicy radish and its slightly sweet soup go perfectly together.

Along with the city full of history, such as the sites of literary people and a temple of Tokugawa family, there are also Tokyo Dome, Kourakuen, and the high-rise ward office building. Kasuga station seems rather plain since it is hidden in the presence of Kourakuen station but it is a city with many to look around.
The first thing that comes to site right outside Kasuga station is the Masago market inside the Kumin center.
It becomes extremely crowded during lunch time and a scene where a student wanting to buy a lunch box can be easily imagined.

Next I walked along the wide street where the science faculty of Chuou University stands.
