Speaking of fresh sea foods, you can enjoy at the nearby inns and resturantes located near the Mikuni fishing port. In the Mikuni sea the warm and cold waves clash, and is known for being the most selective fishing area in the Japan Sea. The fish that grew in the rough waves, the sweet shrimp, and crabs are also delicious.

At “Tajima” the sea food bowl where you can enjoy fully the fresh sea foods is one of the popular dishes.

Ota Market

Ota market, a wholesale market that is proud of its fruits and vegetables sector and floral sectors. The Ota Market that is located in Ota ward Rinkai area is in a satisfactory environment in terms of being the base of flows of goods; it is the only wholesale market in central Tokyo that has a display room and observational courses. The coverage started at 8 in the morning, however the busiest time in early morning seemed to had already passed a while back.

Right after entering the market, the place was filled with the refreshing cooling scent of the flower stores even without being able to see the actual flowers.

Because it is the town of sumo, the name “Yokozuna-yokocho” creates the atmosphere! This place is not only famous for sumo but also the land in which a fairly large amount of famous people from historical textbooks have relations to.
