At Kasai Rinkai park where a nice view of Tokyo bay and Mt. Fuji can be seen from the widely opened park, Narcissus Festival is held from January through February. The park owns one of the largest narcissus garden in Tokyo and from the 50 thousand bulbs, 200 thousand flowers blooms beautifully.

It is a great place to stroll and have a picnic on a sunny day!

The east side of the park is famous place for bird watching. You can meet many birds by walking around.
