There is Holy Resurrection Catheral commonly known as Nicorai-do, which is the main cathedral of the Orthodox Church in Japan, and it was built in 1891.
Go over Hijiri-bashi Bridge. Woods you can see on the back is Yushima Seidou, where Japan’s school education started.
From Hijiri-bashi Bridge, you can see the city of Akihabara.
This is entrance of Yushima Seidou.
An offertory box is placed at the back. Wooden things on both side of the image are ema, a picture tablet of a horse offered to one’s guardian deity for the realization of one’s wish. Most of people wish to pass an entrance exam.
Kanda Myojin (Kanda Shrine), the Spirits are here.
First gateway. Do not walk center of the gateway. Center way have to remain open for the Spirits.
Portable shrine will be carried during the festival.
Second gateway.
Inside.
Soak your hand and mouth here before you pray to the Spirits.
Proper order is left hand, right hand, pour water to your left hand and to your mouth, left hand again, and ladle.
Where you put your money in to offer box and pray.
Lots of small shrines gather around here.
Pretty waterfall.
