Reading time: About 1 minute
Banana Vending Machine at ShibuyaDid you know that the first banana vending machine in Japan was set up in Shibuya?
The one who set it up was Dole, the company that sells fruits. It was placed in June 23rd.
It was set right where you get out of Dougenzaka ticket gate in Shibuya station of Tokyo Metro Hanzoumon Line and Tokyu Denentoshi Line. It is standing at the direct exit of Book First Shibuya Bunkamura Street (B2 floor). Since the vending machine is rare and unusual, there are many people stopping by so it will be easy to find.
130 yen for one banana and 390 for one bunch. There is a trashcan especially for the banana peal next to it.
If you are hungry, stop by and buy a banana from a vending machine.
