Reading time: About 2 minutes
Yokohama: Kanazawa Hakkei Sea Paradise Part2The last place to visit is the Aqua Museum. With over 100,000 animals of 500 species, this is one of Japan’s largest aquariums. Along with the regular exhibits of fish and other animals in their natural habitats, there is also a “sea creature show,” the aquarium’s showpiece which is held several times a day.
This show provides an excellent chance to see all kinds of sea animals perform in spectacular entertaining style.

The beluga whale, said to be the “canary of the sea,” has an amazing voice.
Dolphins are incredibly playful, and like a small child, choose their own way to play games based on what interests them.

After the show has finished, it is time to move on to the observation tank. This new water tank is one of Hakkei Sea Paradise’s greatest exhibits. With a depth of 8 meters and a capacity of 1500 tonnes of water, it is just as if looking at a real ocean.
Manta and stingrays provide an amazing impact on this enormous panorama of the sea.
Taking a ride up the elevator makes you feel like you are walking through water.
Even the smallest creature has something fascinating to show, and just by observing these animals with their characteristic movements and unique bodies, it is possible to find out what these fascinating traits are.
Coral and sea anemone, without losing to the brightly coloured fish, show off their beautiful flower-like selves.
It’s Nemo! Clownfish are extremely popular with children.
There are countless other fishes with various colours.
